Meet the Founder

Scott is a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS), Recovery Coach, Companion, and Case Manager with experience in the behavioral health and recovery field since 2019. His work has supported individuals and families navigating substance use, mental health challenges, major life transitions, and the often-difficult process of rebuilding a meaningful life.

Drawing from both professional experience and his own lived experience, Scott brings a practical, compassionate, and highly individualized approach to his work. When appropriate, he works alongside credentialed and licensed professionals to help ensure each individual receives the level of support and specialized care their situation requires.

At the heart of Scott’s approach is a simple philosophy: he does not force compliance—he empowers change through collaboration and cooperation. Rather than directing someone’s life for them, Scott works alongside each individual to identify their goals, recognize obstacles, build personal accountability, and develop a path forward they can genuinely take ownership of.

Scott believes lasting change is not about telling someone which direction to go—it is about walking beside them, helping illuminate the path forward, and providing the support, accountability, and guidance needed to take the next step.

“ I stand for a world where people get that they are perfect, whole and complete exactly as they are and that their lives MATTER.”

  • "Scott was my case manager and recovery coach for a year, and his impact on my life has been profound. During early recovery, he helped me transition into sober living, build healthy habits, prepare for employment, and connect with the right people and resources. More importantly, Scott taught me how to be accountable, stand by my word, stay grounded, and navigate life without becoming overwhelmed. His guidance helped me grow mentally, physically, and spiritually and build a strong foundation for my future. I am incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me and my family."

  • Scott is a terrific coach and an even better human being. His wisdom and willingness to tell the truth literally turned my son‘s life around. He’s not afraid to tell it like it is, even when that may not be the message you or a loved one wants to hear. On top of it all, Scott has deep life experience to back it all up and is, frankly, a really terrific guy.

  • "Scott was an invaluable addition to my son’s treatment program. His experience and approach helped my son navigate difficult adjustments, regain independence, and take control of his life. Their strong connection and mutual trust were evident. Scott also kept me informed with weekly updates and was always responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. I feel incredibly fortunate that my son had Scott’s guidance and support during such an important time in his recovery."
